Sellers
If you're trying to decide when to sell your house, there may not be a better time to list than right now. Looking to sell your home in Northern Virginia? I offer personalized services tailored to your needs. I work with a diverse array of clients from property investors, military families, first-time sellers, long time locals, and much more.
The entire home selling process from preparing your home for sale and getting it up on the market to closing entails a lot of hard work and requires a great partnership with an experienced Northern Virginia realtor. Sticking a sign in the yard and posting a home listing to the web won’t guarantee that your home is going to get off the market fast! You need to do much more than that to attract top dollar for your property.
I use an aggressive and customized marketing strategy to sell your home—and we go the extra mile with each and every client we work with.
Getting Started
There are some pre-listing activities that will take place including the comparable market analysis (CMA) and establishing your home’s value. Having a knowledgeable Northern Virginia realtor with great market research skills will ensure that your home is priced correctly and that you won’t lose money when selling your home. First impressions matter so we will also perform an exterior “curb appeal assessment” and interior decor assessment.
Once all the initial research has been completed and compiled into a professional presentation, we will meet in person or virtually using a video chat app. During the presentation, you will be given an overview of what to expect during the home selling process, presented with the current market conditions and the CMA results. We will also review all aspects of the curb appeal and interior decor evaluations and suggest any home improvements. Lastly, we will discuss the pricing strategy and discuss your customized home marketing plan.
