There are some pre-listing activities that will take place including the comparable market analysis (CMA) and establishing your home’s value. First impressions matter so we will also perform an exterior “curb appeal assessment” and interior decor assessment.

Once all the initial research has been completed and compiled into a professional presentation, we will meet in person or virtually using a video chat app. During the presentation, you will be given an overview of what to expect during the home selling process, presented with the current market conditions and the CMA results. We will also review all aspects of the curb appeal and interior decor evaluations and suggest any home improvements. Lastly, we will discuss the pricing strategy and discuss your customized home marketing plan.
